To grant a concession of the type referred to in numeral 4 of article 32 of Law 80 of 1993, non-exclusive and joint with other concessionaires, for the operation of the public urban mass passenger land motor transport service of the Trunk Component of the SITP, in its Fleet Provision and Electric Charging Infrastructure component, at the account and risk of the Provision Concessionaire, under the conditions and limitations set forth in this Concession Contract and in the Terms and Conditions of the Selection Process
